What You'll Do:

CRM Management and Maintenance:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and security within the CRM.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for CRM upgrades and releases.

System Configuration and Customization

  • Customize CRM fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to enhance productivity.
  • Manage integrations with other tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, ERP systems).

User Support and Training

  • Provide tier-1 support for CRM issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for new and existing users.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and best practice guidelines.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Design and implement data management processes, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.
  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams to align CRM functionality with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and emerging trends to recommend new tools and technologies.


What You Need To Qualify:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • With at least 1+ year experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation and CRM best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot Service Hub Software Certification) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Platform and their integration with CRM.
  • Understanding of RevOps principles and experience supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
