The Senior CRM Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and management of the CRM platform, ensuring it effectively supports the company’s revenue operations. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product and IT teams to optimize the CRM system, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
CRM Management and Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and security within the CRM.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for CRM upgrades and releases.
System Configuration and Customization:
- Customize CRM fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to enhance productivity.
- Manage integrations with other tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, ERP systems).
User Support and Training:
- Provide tier-2 support for CRM issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for new and existing users.
- Create and maintain user documentation and best practice guidelines.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Design and implement data management processes, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead CRM-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams to align CRM functionality with business needs.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and emerging trends to recommend new tools and technologies.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRM administrator.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced CRM customization and development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce for Salesforce).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and their integration with CRM.
- Understanding of RevOps principles and experience supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
