We are looking for an HR Intern who is currently enrolled in an internship program and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as recruitment coordination, documentation, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to learn how HR processes work in a professional setting — especially in a night-shift environment supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and coordinating candidate interviews.

  • Help with organizing and updating HR files and records.

  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new interns or employees.

  • Assist in preparing simple HR reports, forms, or announcements.

  • Participate in HR projects or engagement activities when needed.

  • Perform other basic administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university internship or practicum program related to Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn new things.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

  • Willing to work the graveyard shift (9:00 PM PHT onward).
