Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated NOC Engineer Intern to support our Network Operations Center. You will monitor network systems, assist in troubleshooting network issues, and help maintain network performance. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Monitoring: Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving network issues.
  • Incident Management: Log and track network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Maintenance: Assist with routine network maintenance and updates.
  • Documentation: Update network diagrams, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Support: Provide support to the NOC team and other IT teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of network protocols, devices, and monitoring tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in network monitoring or technical support is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a bonus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
